Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information, telephone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to AMPS and is not transferable to another business. Operational dealership coordination
When you ask AMPS to help evaluate or sell your vehicle, we may disclose vehicle and contact information to a participating dealership when reasonably necessary to arrange the appraisal, inspection, appointment, or purchase you requested. This operational disclosure does not transfer your SMS consent and does not authorize the dealership to send marketing or promotional text messages.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, security, analytics, communications, and business-support services under appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our records, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline SMS consent and still submit a vehicle inquiry. You may opt out of AMPS text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements, by contacting us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
