These Terms of Service govern your use of ampsenterprisesnc.com and services provided by AMPS Enterprises, LLC (“AMPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Vehicle services
AMPS helps vehicle owners connect with potential purchasing opportunities and may coordinate with participating dealerships. Information shown or discussed before a physical inspection is preliminary. No estimate, market reference, or communication is a binding purchase offer unless confirmed in a separate written agreement by the actual purchaser.
Final appraisal and purchase
Any final offer may depend on vehicle identity, mileage, equipment, condition, history, title, ownership, lien or payoff status, and physical inspection. A dealership or other purchaser retains control of its appraisal, inspection, offer, and purchase decision. You are never obligated to sell your vehicle merely because you submitted information.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only vehicles and documents you are authorized to provide. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS terms
SMS participation is optional. If you check the separate SMS-consent box, you agree to receive text messages from AMPS Enterprises, LLC about your vehicle inquiry, appraisal coordination, appointments, and a potential vehicle purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting your vehicle, obtaining an evaluation, or completing a transaction.
Your SMS consent applies only to AMPS and is not transferred to participating dealerships or other businesses. See our Privacy Policy for information about mobile-data handling.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or fraudulent content, impersonate another person, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
No warranties
The site and preliminary information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AMPS disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will receive an offer, be purchased, or sell for any particular amount.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on preliminary vehicle information.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
